Tbilisi city tour by our company 995.Travel is a unique opportunity to get to know the capital of Georgia, to feel its ambiance and to see the authentic sights. An experienced guide from the 995.Travel team will walk you through the streets of this hospitable city.
Your journey begins at Pushkin Square which is located next to Freedom Square. From here you will walk towards Gabriadze Theatre alongside the ruins of the old fortress wall. Further along the way you will go through ancient city streets to the very first Tbilisi Square, which used to be the main shopping mall of the city.
The next location of your tour is the sulphur baths. This area was built in the XVII – XIX centuries on the site of natural sulphur springs. Today it occupies the whole district of Tbilisi. The neat domes of the baths, decorated in an eastern style slightly tower up above the ground creating an unusual landscape.
Later on you will walk through Fig Canyon following a small yet busy river. During the tour you will also go to the top of the hill using the Tbilisi cable car. Once the very top you can explore Narikala Fortress, a building that has existed since the IV century.
Our Tbilisi city tour is approximately 3.5 hours long.
